Varieties

Garnatxa and Carinyena

The Garnatxa Negra is the Mediterranean variety most cultivated around the world, widely used in the denominations of Catalonia, which provides refinement and fruit.
The other variety is the late ripening Carinyena, which brings colour and structure to our wines.
The Garnacha Blanca, the White Lady of Montsant, is very intense, rustic and powerful with a lot of potential and personality.
The Garnatxa Roja is an exotic variety that brings freshness and fruity aromas to our wines.
In addition, the old Macabeu vines give refinement, fruitiness and character to our wine.
The Macabeu grown here is dense and intense but also very fruity and balanced.
And finally, Pansal, which is our equivalent of Xarel·lo. In small quantities it is very intense and contributes to the ageing capacity of the wine.
