PRECIOUS OLD GARNATXA
Varieties: 100% Garnatxa Negra
Terrain: Poor, hard and stony terrain with clays and sand.
Vinification: 20% of the must is fermented in new French oak barrels at low temperature and 80% in stainless steel for 4 weeks at very low temperature (12 ºC) in order to preserve the refinement and fruitiness of the grapes. It rests for 6 months on the lees before bottling and is bottled in March the following year.
Organic: European certificate for organic agricultural production (Eurofulla) and CCPAE certified.
