WINE OF THE WEEK: AUDITORI BLANC
Auditori blanc is a wine from the oldest vines, of three varieties (White Grenache, Pansal and Macabeo).
Fermented in cement egg, French oak fudre 1500 liters and 400 liter barrels.
Aged on his lees for 10 months, doing batonage every week.
